Ipl 2023 Auction Live: Aussies Share Their Thoughts On The Big Buys

Simon Katich Discussed The Qualities Harry Brook & Mayank Agarwal Would Bring To The Sunrisers Hyderabad Team. “Well, Without A Doubt, Harry Brooks. He’s A Superb Young Player, Without A Doubt. Throughout All Formats, He Had A Terrific Year In 2022. He’s Going To Be An Important Player In The Game. He Is Accustomed To Entering Games In All Formats, But For A Young Man, The Ipl Is A Steep Price To Pay. However, It’s Clear That Srh Did Their Research And Believe He Would Fit In. I Believe Mayank Agarwal Is Indeed A Great Acquisition For Them Because He Plays Spin Really Well And Is Obviously Very Seasoned. So, I Believe They Were Able To Purchase Him For Less Money Than I Had Anticipated Before The Auction Began.

David Hussey Was Asked Whether He Agreed With Srh’s Purchase Of Harry Brook At Rs. 13.25 Cr. On The Exclusive Star Sports Programme “Cricket Live – Auction Special,” And He Responded, “Not Really, I Think Srh Definitely Overpaid. Although I’m Not Shocked By The Price He Demanded, I Believe Srh Should Have Spent More Money On A Player Such Aiden Markram Who Was Already On The List. Although A Nice Purchase, Did They Go Overboard? I Hope They Don’t Pass Up Anyone In The Back End, Such As A Capable Home Spinner Like M Ashwin And Markande.
